Common questions about using the FlexOps Platform.
Create an account, choose the plan path that fits your volume, and connect your first store or carrier account. The backend workspace walks you through carrier setup, wallet funding, and printing your first label.
Navigate to Integrations in your account dashboard and select your platform (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Square, Etsy, or Walmart). Follow the authorization prompts to grant FlexOps access. Orders will begin syncing automatically once connected.
FlexOps uses a prepaid wallet model. Add funds via credit card or ACH from the Billing section of your account. Label costs are deducted from your balance at the time of purchase. You can enable auto-reload to keep your balance above a threshold you set.
USPS is the only carrier currently enabled for customer execution. UPS is planned next, followed by FedEx; DHL Express, OnTrac, and the remaining carriers are later roadmap work.
Every label generated through FlexOps includes tracking. View tracking status in the backend workspace, query it via the API, or set up webhooks to receive status updates as shipments move through the carrier network.
Use the Contact support form to submit a public support request. Existing customers can manage authenticated tickets through the account portal. Our team responds within one business day during support hours.
