Every FlexOps plan includes a label buffer in addition to your monthly plan limit and capped overages. This buffer provides extra capacity at the same overage rate, giving you flexibility to handle unexpected volume spikes, seasonal demand, or special promotions without service interruptions.
The buffer is available after you've used your plan's included labels and entered the overage period. It ensures you can keep shipping when it matters most, even during peak periods.
How Label Buffers Work
1. Monthly Plan Limit
Your plan includes a set number of labels each month at no additional cost.
2. Capped Overages
When you exceed your plan limit, additional labels are charged at the overage rate, up to the next plan's price.
3. Label Buffer
After reaching the cap, you can continue using the label buffer at the same overage rate. This gives you extra capacity without forced upgrades.

Scenario: You're on a plan with 1,000 included labels, and you need to ship 1,500 labels during a busy month.
- First 1,000 labels: Included in your plan
