Capped Overages
Predictable costs with automatic spending limits that protect your budget
How Capped Overages Work
Each FlexOps plan includes a monthly label limit. When you exceed that limit, you enter the overage period where additional labels are charged at a per-label rate. However, your total monthly spending is automatically capped at the price of the next tier plan.
This means you'll never pay more in overages than you would by upgrading to the next plan. You always know your maximum cost before you ship, eliminating surprise bills and helping you make informed decisions about when to upgrade.
Example Scenario
Scenario: You're on the Starter plan (500 labels/month) and ship 750 labels in a month.
- First 500 labels: Included in your plan
- Next 250 labels: Charged at the overage rate
- Total overage cost: Calculated automatically
- Maximum you'll pay: Capped at the next plan's price
If your overage charges would exceed the next plan's price, they're automatically capped. You're notified when you reach this threshold, giving you the option to continue with the buffer or upgrade.
